Digley Reservoir & Moors Circular with Leisure Stop at Holmfirth! Sunday 19th October

Join Rolo’s Road Trips for a fun and Slightly challenging Autumn walk at Digley Reservoir & Moors where you will be spoilt with non stop incredible views so you won’t even notice how many steps you’ve taken!! 💪

After you’ve got that in the bag we will jump back on Rolo 🚌 and make our way to the quirky little village of Holmfirth - home to the Last of the Summer Wine.

Here you can grab some tea and cake at Bettys Cafe or visit Compo’s Fish and Chips or just have a leisurely mooch! 

 What to expect: 

5.3 Mile Circular. Amazing Moors views splashed with Autumn Colours. Partially paved/Partially rocky underfoot. Bridle way. Lake. Dam. Forest. Bridge crossing over Clough. Inclines/Declines (see pics for elevation) Muddy sections after rain. Refreshments in Holmfirth. 

If you don’t want to do the walk and just spend the day in Holmfirth that’s ok too! 😊
