1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the booking and participation in trips, tours, and transport services provided by Rolo’s Road Trips. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Rolo’s Road Trips reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.


2. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our website or approved booking channels.

A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued.

By making a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that all travellers in your party agree to these terms.


3. Payments

Payment terms vary depending on the type of trip.

For some trips, full payment may be required at the time of booking. For others, a deposit may secure your place with the balance due before departure.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.


4. Financial Protection

Eligible package holidays booked with Rolo’s Road Trips are protected through Protected Trust Services (PTS). Customer funds for these bookings are held within a trust account and released in accordance with regulatory requirements.

This financial protection applies only to qualifying package holidays.

Day trips, transport-only services, and private hire bookings are not covered under PTS protection.


5. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellation terms depend on the type of booking.

Day trips and certain transport services are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.

For multi-day trips or package holidays, cancellation charges may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date.

Where possible, customers may request to transfer their place to another traveller or move their booking to a future trip, subject to availability.


6. Changes by the Company

Rolo’s Road Trips reserves the right to make minor changes to itineraries where necessary due to weather conditions, safety considerations, operational requirements, or circumstances outside of our control.

In the unlikely event that a trip must be cancelled by us, customers will be offered an alternative trip, a credit, or a refund where applicable.


7. Travel Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are fit and prepared for the nature of the trip they are booking.

Some trips involve walking, hiking, or outdoor activities. Participants should check trip descriptions carefully before booking.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate clothing, equipment, travel documents, and insurance where required.


8. Behaviour

We aim to provide a friendly and enjoyable environment for all travellers.

Rolo’s Road Trips reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or abusive toward staff or other guests.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.


9. Liability

While every effort is made to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks.

Rolo’s Road Trips accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.

Customers participate in activities at their own risk and should ensure they are physically capable of taking part.


10. External Suppliers

Some trips may include services provided by third-party suppliers such as accommodation providers, activity guides, or transport companies.

Where these services are included as part of a protected package holiday, they fall under the applicable financial protection arrangements.
