What to bring
Hiking boots/shoes - I'd always recommend boots over shoes so you get the extra ankle support.
Hiking socks for Comfort - (Winter I'd recommend waterproof socks)
Waterproofs - We do provide Poncho's for any sudden downpours but It doesn't hurt to have some Waterproof trousers/Jacket
Spare Bottoms/top/socks - If you don't have any waterproofs then on rainy days you may want to change before the Journey home.
Hat/Shades
Sun cream
Water bottle
Snacks/picnic
Funds for food
Back pack to put everything in.
Paracetamol - Some people may suffer from "Hikers Headache" especially when doing higher altitude hikes.
Gloves - Some people suffer from cold hands at higher altitudes so just for your own comfort.
